Today we passed part of the SVS cables, starting with the ones for the AEI squeezer, from EE room to DET lab clean area. The work will be continued tomorrow.
The cabling between DET lab and DET electronic room continued over Thursday and Friday. Now the cabling of AEI squeezer and SQB1 multiSAS are completed. We also added the cables for environmental sensing on ESQB1. Cables for the remaining ESQB1 hardware will be completed after the end of the works on AEI squeezer.
We continued the cabling work. In particular we are connecting all the passed cable from the DET lab to the Racks in the ESQB1 racks.
Power supplies:
We connected to the DCF (below) the following cables:
We connected an old cable of FIS PLL (label JPZ PD POWERS 2) Photodiode to the homodyne detector. The power supply is the bottom R&S power supply in the rack FDS2. Homodyne is powered at +/-18V using the channels 3 and 4 *current consumption ~125mA). The cable is connected to the rear side of the R&S Generator (photos 2 and 3) .

We connected the following cables to the mezzanine (figure 4):
On thursday 13th October we continued the cabling of the rack 5 and the FDS rack 2. The situation at the beginning of the week is shown in figure 1 and the situation after the end of the work is shown in figure 2 and 3. Now on the floor are lying only the spare cables used in O3. The new spare cables and some unused cables are placed between the rack 5 and the phase camera rack.
