HVAC off in MCB

The temperature inside MC building has rised to about 25 degrees in environmental probes, after a fast rise it seems to have reached a plateau.

Looking at HVAC monitors and IPS current monitors (see Figure) the HVAC system (heaters and chillers) seems to have stopped around 13:20 UTC.

It can be related to the test that was started this afternoon of putting the MCB on a local electrical neutral.

Davide has been contacted. Yet, the situation seems not crtitical and can probably wait till the morning. Having reached the maximum the internal temperature will not increase more during the night.

Some additional info concerning effects on MC suspension and about alert notification.
Fig.1, plot1: the maximum T increase in the building was about 4.5C.
Fig.1, plot2: the maximum T increase in the suspension mechanical filters was about 1.3C.
Fig.1, plots 3-4-5: the maximum elongation was 300um for filter #4, 800um for filter #7. No elongation for filter #0, beacuse there is a control loop acting on it.
Fig.1, plot 6: the correction signals sent to the 2 vertical coils acting on filter #0 to keep it at the set point. At some point (between 5 and 10 volts ?) the coil driver saturated, and probably for this reason the signal become more noisy.

Just to note that even if the T in the building reached the plateau, the T in the tower continued to increase till when the T in the building was restored to its normal value (zoom in Fig2).

In Fig3 there is the list of SMS alerts that the DMS correctly sent to the ACS on-call, that unfortunately were were not considered alarming because of the ongoing test.
