Operator Report - Night shift

ITF found in Science Mode.
At 21:59 UTC the head of the Neovan started increasing temperature ( see attached plot #1 ). Under request of the INJ Oncall ( C. De Rossi ) I went in Electronic Injection Room to investigate the chiller: the unit resulted on but the water was not flowing. I tried to switch it off and on, this operation restored the standand behavior and temperature. ITF in Science Mode from 23:34 UTC.
ITF unlocked at 23:27 UTC possibly due to the bad weather that affected the whole shift ( see attached plot #2, #3 ). After this unlock because of to the increase of the wind and rain it was difficult to reach again LOW_NOISE_3_SQZ stably. The two Science periods achieved were from 2:50 UTC to 3:35 UTC and from 4:36 UTC to 5:08 UTC. In both cases the Horizon seems to be affected by low frequency noises.
Relock in progress.

Sub-system reports

DAQ
WARM_LOCK restarted at 3:56 UTC after a crash.

SUSP
- Mode Cleaner Local Control opened at 1:47 UTC after an unlock. The loops were closed at 1:57 UTC but the system needed around 15 minutes to stabilize;
- Switched to "Strong Wind Configuration" during the various locking acquisitions due to the strong wind.
- The flag min_Sa_MC_F0_COIL_H1_50Hz_60 became red during the night ( see attached plot #4 ). Expert informed of this event.

Downtime events

ISYS
(16-11-2019 22:09 - 16-11-2019 22:34) Investigation on increase of temperature of the Neovan Head ( see INJ Oncall ).

Oncall events

ISYS
(16-11-2019 22:05 - 16-11-2019 22:35) Operator on site with expert from remote
Status: Ended
Description: At 22:59 UTC the flag mean_ENV__PSL_AMP_TE_30 became red and showed an increasing trend, indicating a rising in temperature of the Neovan Head
Actions undertaken: I went in EIR to investigate the chiller: the unit was still on but the display did not show any numbers. Opening the cap I could not see the water flowing. I tried to switch it off and on, this operation restored the standard temperature. I found a puddle of water under the chiller, but not evident damage on the unit. While in the area I also went to the Laser Lab to verify that the Neovan head was not leaking, no issue found. I refilled the chiller up until mid-level in case the issue was caused by lowering of the level.

Looking at the signal generated by the flowmeter, the increase of temperature is not due to a decrease of the water flow, that essentially remained constant.
Indeed, the main frequency of the flowmeter, remained at around 4.8 Hz, that means 3.6 liters/minute.
Instead, the reason, might be a temporary decrease of the chiller cooling efficiency, to be investigated.
