Since the 119MHz has been removed from the sensing I've modified the WARM and NARM.py in Metatron to remove the locking scripts with this signal (it was giving errors). Metatron has been restarted.

The same should be also done in MICH_LOCK.
It would be better, though, that changes to Global Control would be coordinated with the people of interest.
