Monitoring the NTP time and the GPS

In oder to qualify the Timing timestamp , we set a monitoring of the difference between the GPS time based on NTP and the GPS provided by Tolm on several rtpcs with different NTP servers:

channel SUSP_NTP_delta_gps on rtpc4 with the standard Virgo ntp server: pcserver0.virgo.infn.it, ACL server: SUSP_ntp
channel SDB1_NTP_delta_gps on rtpc5 with the ntp server: ntp.obspm.fr, ACL server: SDB1_ntp
channel LNFS_NTP_delta_gps on rtpc6 with the ntp server: ntp2.inrim.it, ACL server: LNFS_ntp
channel SIB2_NTP_delta_gps on rtpc7 with the ntp server: ntp.duckcorp.fr, ACL server: SIB2_ntp

at Sep 21 14:37:31 LT the rtpc5 ntp daemon was restarted to use ntp server ntp2.inrim.it instead of : ntp.obspm.fr previously , the goal is to have 2 rtpcs using the same ntp server:

channel LNFS_NTP_delta_gps on rtpc6 with the ntp server: ntp2.inrim.it, ACL server: LNFS_ntp
channel SDB2_NTP_delta_gps on rtpc5 with the ntp server: ntp2.inrim.it, ACL server: SDB2_ntp
